Hello and welcome!

I am passionate about helping people uncover the gifts that can rise from their pain, including self-love and acceptance. It’s one of the most powerful transformations I’ve witnessed. Throughout this journey, I bring compassion, careful curiosity, and an unwavering belief that every person has the right to heal, feel whole, and live in their truth.
Victoria Louca, LSW
Psychotherapist
Therapeutic Specialties and Modalities:
Psychodynamic Therapy, Attachment Therapy, Internal Family Systems (IFS), Psychodrama, EMDR, Mindfulness-Based Practices, Somatic Experiencing, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Components of Art Therapy

Therapeutic Mission:
Problem: Many people move through life carrying unhealed wounds. Patterns of shame, self-doubt, fear, maladaptive relationship patterns, and abandonment, without understanding where these “pressure points” come from or how to begin healing them.

Solution: I take a compassionate, trauma-informed, and strengths-based approach, offering a safe space to explore those painful areas and trace them back to their roots. Using a blend of therapeutic modalities, I help clients identify, heal from, and shift long-standing patterns and beliefs that no longer serve them.

Result: My goal is for clients to not only heal from their past but to feel empowered to live in alignment with their truth with a free and gentle approach, and with self-love at the center of their story. I want you to feel seen, witnessed, and supported every step of the way.
