Over the past five years as a yogi, I’ve come to deeply appreciate how yoga cultivates peace, strength, and courage in my life.

I love expressing my creativity in the kitchen—cooking is both a fulfilling outlet and a way to bring people together.

I cry every time at the end of Rocky—there’s nothing more inspiring than witnessing resilience and determination.

My favorite Mary Oliver poem is The Summer Day. Its reminder to slow down and live with intention resonates deeply with me, especially the iconic question: "What is it you plan to do with your one wild and precious life?"


Michelle earned her Master’s in Social Work from Adelphi University in 2010 and has worked in diverse clinical settings, including residential treatment, intensive outpatient programs (IOP), primary care, and outpatient mental health clinics. Throughout her career, she has supported individuals navigating depression, anxiety, trauma, grief, relational challenges, parenting struggles, and chronic health conditions.
As a Behavioral Health Consultant, Michelle has helped individuals process new or existing medical conditions, understand the mind-body connection, and create personalized health plans for whole-person wellness. This experience has deepened my belief in treating the whole person—mind and body.
