My role is to support and guide you through your counseling journey, helping you discover more about yourself and gain greater awareness along the way.  I look forward to working with you!

Liz is a Licensed Professional Counselor in the states of PA, TX, DE and CT. She is a Columbia University graduate with a dual Masters degree in Counseling. Liz has worked in a variety of settings including outpatient mental health and substance abuse programs, managed care and  group private practices. Liz has many years of experience providing counseling to individuals who struggle with anxiety, depression, life transitions, work life balance as well as family and parenting concerns.

With over 30 years of experience in counseling, I’ve worked in a variety of settings, including mental health, drug and alcohol programs, and private group practice. My focus is on helping people like you—whether you’re a woman, young adult, or part of a family or group—find support and guidance during challenging times.

I use a combination of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and a client-centered approach, always encouraging you to tap into your own strengths and inner voice as you move toward self-advocacy and empowerment. When we work together, you’ll play an active role in setting your own goals, and I’ll be right there to help you take steps to achieve them. I often assign tasks and exercises because I believe that developing your own self care tool box is an integral part of one’s counseling journey.

Building a trusting relationship is at the heart of the counseling process, and I see that connection as essential for your success. If you’re considering counseling, I encourage you to reach out. I understand it can be a big first step;  I’m here to provide a safe space where you can share your concerns and challenges without judgment. Let’s work together on your path to healing and growth.
