I provide a safe, warm, and collaborative space where clients can explore their experiences with confidence and without judgment. Using an individualized and holistic approach that integrates evidence-based practices with somatic awareness, I help clients understand the underlying drivers of their patterns and develop practical, compassionate strategies for change. My goal is to empower clients to reconnect with their strengths and move toward a life that feels more grounded, aligned, and self-directed

Fun Facts About Me:

-
I lived in Germany for about two years and spent that time exploring the surrounding countries in Europe including small towns, historic cities, and every bakery I could find. Traveling through Europe reinforced my love for culture, creativity, and noticing the small details of daily life.
-
I love to be creative as a pastime. I crochet, watercolor, arrange flowers, and recently trying my hand at mosaic making. There’s something so grounding about turning tiny pieces into something whole.
-
I’ve been practicing yoga for about 15 years. I earned my yoga teacher certification in February of 2025. I still cannot do crow pose but know that with continued practice, I will get it one day!

Experience and Background
Alli Maier, LPC, CYT, is a trauma-informed therapist who specializes in the treatment of eating disorders across the lifespan. She brings a grounded, collaborative, and evidence-based approach to therapy, integrating somatic awareness with modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Motivational Interviewing. Her work supports clients in cultivating curiosity about their relationships with food, body image, and the ways they have learned to interpret and respond to the world around them.

Her clinical work spans individuals, adolescents, adults, and families, drawing from a blend of behavioral, mindfulness-based, and body-oriented approaches. Areas of focus include anxiety, depression, trauma, identity development, body image concerns, and family dynamics, with specialized experience in eating disorders, trauma recovery, and life transitions. She is committed to helping clients build emotional clarity, strengthen coping skills, and reconnect with their values in ways that feel accessible, sustainable, and meaningful.

Alli earned her undergraduate degree from West Chester University and completed her graduate training at Arcadia University. Early clinical experience focused on family-based treatment and neurodiversity-affirming care, including facilitating social skills groups for neurodivergent youth. Over the past several years, she has worked at The Renfrew Center of Radnor, providing individual and group therapy for clients navigating eating disorders, trauma histories, anxiety, depression, and behavioral change. Her work has included facilitating trauma-focused programming, providing Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), and pursuing additional training in ARFID, trauma-informed care, epigenetics and eating disorders, and mindfulness-based interventions. As a certified yoga teacher, she thoughtfully incorporates gentle, somatic, and body-based practices to support clients in reconnecting with themselves in ways that feel safe, supportive, and empowering.
